We collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, payment information, and any other information you choose to provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you communications, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your account and everything in it for as long as the account exists. Cancelling a subscription does not delete anything on its own: your appraisals and your saved domains stay where they are, and they are waiting for you if you come back.

You can ask us to delete them. On your appraisals page, below the billing link, there is a request to delete your data once your subscription ends. If you make it, we delete your appraisals and your saved domains 30 days after the end of the period you have paid for, and we email you 7 days before that happens. Replying to that email and telling us to stop is enough, and so is starting a subscription again. Your account, your sign-in details and our record of what you paid are kept, because we are required to keep our billing records.

If you want your account closed entirely, or an offer you sent us removed, write to us at the address below and we will do it by hand.
