What do I actually get for one appraisal?
A US dollar figure a real buyer would plausibly pay within two to six months, two or three sentences explaining how it was reached, and the closest sales we hold on record for that extension, matched on length, price and how recent they are.

Does an appraisal mean you will buy the name?
