Questions
What do I actually get for one appraisal?
A US dollar figure a real buyer would plausibly pay within two to six months, two or three sentences explaining how it was reached, and the closest sales we hold on record, matched on extension first and then on length, price and how recent they are. Our sales records are deepest on .com and .ai. Where we hold none for an extension, the appraisal says so and shows the closest sales we do hold, and it says the same when our records do not reach the price band of the valuation.
Is the demo a plan?
No. It is 3 appraisals in total so you can judge the output before paying. Nothing refills next month.
Does an appraisal mean you will buy the name?
No. An appraisal is a valuation, not an offer. What we buy and sell is the portfolio listed on this site.
Why is yearly half the price?
A year costs the same as six months paid monthly. Prefer to pay month by month? Switch the toggle above the plans to Monthly.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal linked on your appraisals page: choose Cancel subscription and confirm. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
